Physical Products — 14-Day Return Policy
If you purchased a physical product, you have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
